If you are displeased with the product you received, we may offer a refund — but only if the reason is genuine and proven after proper investigation.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
All purchases are considered final.
No Exchanges
We provide complete details, descriptions, and images of each collectible with utmost accuracy.
If you need any clarification before buying, you may contact us.
However, once a purchase is made, we do NOT accept requests for exchange under any circumstances.
Refund Policy
We do not accept returns unless:
The product is received in open, tampered, or torn packaging
(visible damage to the shipping box or broken seal)
or the product is severely damaged during transit
(but ONLY if the packaging shows visible damage at delivery time)
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, the customer must refuse the delivery.
Once the package is accepted, Figaura will not be liable for any damages found later.
Manufacturing Defects
If a product has a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact the manufacturer,
as they hold responsibility for such defects.
Figaura is not liable for manufacturer-related issues.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To support refund claims, the customer MUST record a single, continuous unboxing video clearly showing:

The product condition
This step is mandatory for refund eligibility.
Important Note
If no unboxing video is recorded, the order is NOT eligible for refund — even in case of damage or defective items.
The video must be a single shot, without cuts, edits, or pauses.
This requirement helps us process claims fairly and maintain customer safety and trust.
Refund Process
If your return request is approved:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh courts.
