At Figaura, we take great care in selecting and packaging every order so that your collectibles reach you in the best possible condition. Because our products are curated and often collectible in nature, we follow a clear return policy to keep the process fair and transparent for everyone.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return approval.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unworn
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories, if applicable

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Figaura is not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount before processing.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund. This includes any item marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team as soon as possible with order details and clear photos or unboxing proof so we can review the issue and assist you appropriately.
